Dawn (Newman) Marti founded her company, DCM Management LLC, formerly Newman Concepts, a conference planning and association management firm in 1998 after her tenure as Director of Marketing at the National Parking Association. Deciding to remain in the parking and transportation industry, Ms. Marti specializes in the administrative management of parking and transportation associations nationally and managing conferences, trade shows, golf tournaments, educational forums, webinars and training events.
