Responsible for quality control audit review to ensure on-site underwriters were compliant with Government Sponsored Entity’s charter and delivery terms including, product/pricing restrictions and lender specific restrictions. Responsible for quality control audit review to ensure on-site underwriters were compliant with all findings for any misrepresentations in regards to credit, employment, income, collateral and occupancy.
