Research Associate - Quantitative Insights
Current- Working together with our US-based team to assist survey-based primary research at various project phases.- Checking survey links online.- Making an analysis plan (with specs and tables).- Data analysis and Open-ended coding.- Coordinating with the different teams (such as those for programming, data processing, open-ended coding, translations, etc.).- Monitoring/communication during fieldwork.- Verify data using data tables and SPSS for errors and inconsistencies.- Setting up a PowerPoint report template - Contributing to the production of research reports.- Populating reports and evaluating their quality.- Writing an analysis and report that summarises the information to respond to client inquiries and make insightful recommendations.- Work with a variety of technologies, such as MS Office, SPSS, Decipher, and Displayr for data visualization.- Notifies the project manager or lead immediately of any issues or dangers.- Coordinate with various project participants and teams to resolve issues and monitor project timeframes.- Accountability for the product's quality- Interact and collaborate with international client consulting teams in the US to guarantee efficient project delivery.
