In 2020-21, the NHS spent £4.6 million on cups and cutlery with production emissions estimated at over 11k tonnes CO2; Broadening community access of a local Scottish flour mill while minimising impact to the environment. Carbon emissions from each bag of flour by were reduced by 88%; Creating sustainability assessment tools for social enterprise start-ups in the Global South.○ Recruited and allocated 32 student consultants to teams and projects that leveraged skills and interests.○ Supervised and mentored 7 project leaders on the nuances of managing clients, teams, and projects through weekly feedback and brainstorming sessions over the course of 8 project lifetimes.○ Delivered and organised numerous trainings concerning project management, environmental impact, life cycle analysis, client engagement, and report writing.
