I'm a newly licensed Adjuster in Florida (home state) with licenses in Texas and Louisiana, who is looking for the right opportunity to "break into the business".With over 20 years of experience dealing with the public and an extensive background in customer service, I strive to put every customer 1st. I've spent over a decade and a half in the Help Desk field. Starting in a call center troubleshooting Internet connections and telephone issues over the phone and working my way up to a Senior Help Desk Analyst with duties that include overseeing a team of 8, using various means of communications to resolve issues, meeting time-sensitive deadlines and as a team, resolving over 300 customer concerns daily.
