Being directly in touch with product owners, designers and developers, always focusing on what matters the most to the end user: product usability and accurate results.Building learning material in parallel, such as support articles, video training and product user guides. All of this while being directly in touch with the customer, understanding their needs and goals when using our product, as well as managing different tools in the background (CRM, knowledge base, content manager, usability tracking, user guide builder, etc).
