CDC was a career transition specialist organization that started its life supporting the national carrier, Malaysia Airlines System, as it re-structured and released up to a third of all its staff worldwide. I lead the project management team and spearheaded various digitalization efforts within the organization including the planning, design and launch of CDC’s portal tracking system and website in 2015 that catered to close to 5000 people in their job search and career transition efforts. I supported the management in numerous organizational consulting and development initiatives.
