Working in the military and finance sector, I am highly exposed to research and data analytics. While working as an Intelligence Specialist, my job was to work on a specific area of interest, tackling political climates, social issues, and potential threats and reporting those findings in clear, intelligible, and actionable ways.Passionate about helping people address their needs, my previous roles in the finance and banking sector have given me the opportunity to dive deep into empathizing and being flexible in what will and won’t work for people. To work within the UX design field means adapting to the dynamic nature of the information. I witnessed that first-hand during my intelligence and financial crime work as I am expected to provide clear and concise information.
