Current👩🏾💼 Use advanced customer service-related skills to properly communicate with technical and nontechnical customers.👩🏾💼 Navigate through Zendesk to create, review, track and resolve tickets daily, while maintaining an average quality score of 95% 👩🏾💼 Operate through Citrix environment to remote into customer’s networks to properly configure their devices👩🏾💼 Review issues within customers Accounts for potential network issues, by remoting into systems utilizing AnyDesk, TeamViewer or Teams.👩🏾💻 Create user profiles for customer accounts with new employees, add agents to call queues, create call blasts(Bulk Dialers), order new devices for defective Yealink phones, create call center reports. Submit dispatching tickets as well as utilize Bandwidth to obtain phone numbers for new employees or new customer accounts we acquire while setting up their Call Center locations👩🏾💻 Call tracing and routing, setting up Fax accounts for existing and new customers and assisting with Integrating platforms.
