I work for an organization that brings international college graduates to the United States for internships and short term volunteer programs. I manage both programs. My key job responsibilities are recruiting prospective international univeristy graduates for companies in the United States. I find candidates in all fields including marketing, IT, human resources, logistics, hospitality, etc. I work with a large network of companies around the U.S. to develop internship programs and to help them gain diversity and world understanding. I currently have many university graduates that would like to come to the U.S. for one year to 18 months to gain experience in their field of degree. I am looking for host companies.

I worked as a volunteer with the International Institute mainly helping new refugees from Afghanistan and Iran. I developed an organization that provided them with resources when they arrived in the United States. I sucessfully recruited churches and other non-profits to help fund these projects. I worked with families and individuals to provide them with essential contacts and friendships in the United States.
