CurrentI'm a passionate advocate of design and its impact in business.I have the privilege of working with design leaders in business and the creative industries, developing new products and services that aim to benchmark and improve their performance as leaders.I also act as an ambassador for the sector in the UK and abroad, championing the role of design in business which is now more critical than ever before; products and services that delight customers are essential to remaining competitive and driving growth. Not only can we help industry understand the role that design should have within their businesses but we can also help them tap into a formidable creative resource that has a unique reputation for commercial and sustainable effectiveness.Clearly this is more than one person's job and I couldn't do it without the support of all sorts of people, not least a great board of directors, my staff team and the DBA's members.
