The Academically Gifted and Talented Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership in the area of gifted and talented education and enrichment for high performing students. Position objectives include the creation and implementation of Tiller School AIG/ Enrichment Program known as Compass. Responsibilities include studying, evaluating, and implementing innovative techniques and methods; providing leadership in the development, articulation, and implementation of an exemplary gifted and talented program. Collaboration within a professional learning community facilitates the advancement of the program and student success. Communication with all stakeholders in the Tiller School community is integral to the position.
