In 2009, after 18 months as a Recruiter, I realised I had a natural ability and passion for quickly grasping recruitment strategies and improving end to end processes. Since then, I’ve been obsessed with optimising recruitment processes to enhance the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience. I’ve been lucky that my career has been characterised by a diverse range of roles from permanent and contract recruitment to MSP, RPO and neutral vendor. This broad range of experience means I'm able to provide insight to how to solve recruitment challenges. I’m constantly looking to learn and share unique insights into the industry's ever-evolving landscape. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been the opportunity to guide and assist clients on their recruitment journey. Drawing from areas such as Generative AI, inclusive hiring practices, and strategies to enhance social mobility, I've been able to offer invaluable guidance into what the future holds for recruitment and what might come next.I thrive on the challenge of devising solutions that not only address the immediate needs of my clients but also anticipate and adapt to future trends in the industry. I build partnerships with clients teams enabling them to deliver what they need now, plan for what comes next and be in control in the future.
