This was a turn-around management situation. I was tasked to take over the leadership role of the company.Responsible for the quick turn-around of the company's situation by re-engineering the organization, hiring of strategically important and key management staff in the organization, and re-alignment of the organization's functional direction with the company's overall strategic goals.Responsible for growing the company size by 300% within the span of 10 months.Responsible for resetting the strategic direction of the company and regaining the trust and confidence of the shareholders, as well as the morale and support of its employees.

A lean start-up management situation. Tasked to build the IT Infrastructure of the company by setting up the telecommunications facilities, telephony infrastructure as well as the operational and IT support systems to ensure that the company is ready to go live in less than a month from the day I was recruited.Responsible for delivering high performance, enterprise grade network and telephony infrastructure, as well as implementing a cloud-based contact center solution by writing and designing call flows and scripts to efficiently route calls to the agents.Also responsible for sustaining and running a very lean IT Department consisting only of very few but very talented and versatile specialists and generalist to sustain a 24/7 operations.

A start-up situation, hired to initially setup an Australian BPO IT enabled services industry in Cebu.Responsible for the successful and smooth migration of office and IT infrastructure from one office to another in less than 30 days.Responsible for a rapid construction and transformation of a bare space within a given timeframe and within a very minimal budget.Responsible for diversifying of services to further tap the voice support, back office, and appointment setting/virtual assistant services.

Founded and managed an IT consulting company by offering alternative and cost effective IT solutions to its customers by using, adopting and implementing open-source applications and solutions.

Spin-off from Sky Internet and SkyCable. I was initially tasked to handle Network Security and Systems Development departments to harden the company's network and at the same time, develop and provide specific systems monitoring and management tools for NOC and network provisioning department.Systems Development team successfully created the first pre-paid cable system prototype that allows loading of prepaid credits that can enable or disable cable TV setup boxes deployed in the households. Also created various system monitoring tools for Internet over Cable TV subscribers to use.Also developed an SNMP based monitoring solution to properly monitor leased line bandwidth on ATM and Frame Relay for BayanTel.Led a team of developers to take on odd software development requirements for the other subsidiaries under the Lopez Group of Companies.Personally responsible for helping and providing the NBI and US Federal Bureau of Investigation information and support leading to the successful tracking and arrest of the "I Love You Virus" perpetrator.

Initially assigned to setup a Point of Presence in Iloilo City.Responsible for creating and leading a small team of network security engineers to harden, monitor and maintain the integrity of the network, data and services of an ISP across all of its 5 Points of Presence.
