Home appliances can be so much more than simply utilitarian products (chore assistants)…they can enable people to enjoy longer, healthier, and happier lives.My primary responsibilities included:► conducting expert reviews of user interfaces for both products and mobile apps► analyzing information architectures (how content is organized, labeled, and found)► crafting microcopy (words, phrases, & sentences that provide contextual guidance)► providing usability benchmarking and competitive analysis► planning and moderating usability tests► analyzing quantitative and qualitative data► creating reports and presentations► presenting findings to stakeholders► contributing to discussions at weekly product team meetings► guiding professional development efforts within the usability team► defining and operationalizing a UX strategy for future products (focused on enabling happiness and well-being in every home)
