• Team leader for MQ-9 (Predator B) aircraft production sustainment; systems level engineering for production LRU integration, fuel and oil systems, cabling and mechanical systems• Development support for MQ-9 aircraft ground support equipment; collaboration with USAF maintenance personnel • Represent systems engineering and the Predator B (MQ-9) Chief Engineer at all US Air Force review boards for major engineering changes; coordinate logistics and fielding plans for upcoming production improvements• Project Engineering Lead on the MQ-9 Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP); includes test planning, instrumentation, ground telemetry planning, and flight test to gather loads data throughout the flight envelope

• Predator B (MQ-9) aircraft system development efforts; LRU integration, fuel and oil systems, cabling and mechanical systems• Lead Project Engineer for MQ-9 Aircraft Ground Support Equipment - coordinate design development between engineering and Program Management• Prepare and lead critical design reviews of development projects with the US Air Force customer; engage in testing and verification efforts• Review engineering changes for conformance to Air Force logistical management standards; prepare ECP documentation • Present engineering changes to the Air Force Change Control Board• Represent systems engineering and the Predator B (MQ-9) Chief Engineer at all US Air Force review boards for major engineering changes• Lead Project Engineer on the MQ-9 Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP)

• Develop manufacturing processes for composite aircraft components and assemblies – including implementing lean manufacturing principles• Conceptualize, test, and implement durable assembly tooling• Provide corrective action and recovery plans to customer (DCMA) reps regarding production and engineering issues in composites manufacturing• Interface weekly with customer representatives on the engineering change board. Provide manufacturing engineering input and approval.• Plan and design manufacturing capacity plans for assembly operations in future facility expansion – value stream mapping, tooling requirements, process improvements, labor needs• Procure new manufacturing equipment and technology – prepare associated ROI analyses, performance estimates, concept proposals
