CFO for three American corporations owned by Hong Kong based classical music company. Oversaw accounting staff and interacted regularly with peers in Hong Kong, England, Germany, Sweden and Philippines. CFO (effectively non-academic COO as well) with all finance, financial aid, student accounts, human resources, ITS, plant operations and postal services reporting up to me. I directly dealt with the treasury function of cash management and long-term debt arrangements. I also directed the Investment Committee with oversight of endowment funds. Actively managed the institution's contract with the campus food service provider and the third-party bookstore provider.In 2019 I directed the effort to obtain the first public bond rating for Trevecca from Fitch in March. In April 2019 Trevecca sold their first public bonds through Ziegler in a very successful offering that was 8.2x over-subscribed resulting in favorable rates with no debt reserve fund. This position also oversees campus construction and a personal favorite - the campus arboretum.As of December 2017, I had overseen the successful development of the Walden Village residential neighborhood and The Flats, a 126-unit apartment complex, adjacent to the Trevecca campus. In addition, I oversaw other significant investments in properties adjacent to the Trevecca campus.For the period from 4/1/17 to 4/1/18 I was also the CFO of Eastern Nazarene College while both Trevecca and Eastern were in discussions about the merger of the two institutions.

- Primary contact at Sparrow Records for E&Y performing due diligence for EMI Music for their acquisition of Sparrow Records, then a privately held corporation.- Survived an exhaustive IRS audit of Sparrow Records Inc with a final IRS report consisting of the two words “No Findings”- Oversaw financial consolidation at EMI CMG for acquisitions of key labels StarSong Records (1994) and Forefront Records (1996) as well as the Sparrow Records acquisition by EMI Music (1992).- Created and adapted internal financial systems at EMI CMG at various times in response to EMI Music acquisitions, needs and changes.- Worked with CIO to move to Sequel and train key staff on Excel & Access to create complex data analysis.

- Consolidated financials for 12 Television stations (largest television broadcaster in the US after CBS, NBC and ABC at the time), Vail & Beaver Creek Ski Resorts and Packerland (top 10 beef packing house).- Managed daily cash flow of over $1 Billion per year- Monitored debt covenants for all entities and setting related short term Libor borrowing commitments.- Involved in numerous M&A deals as Gillett routinely upgraded TV stations which required divesting itself of one every time a new one was acquired due to then FCC regulations. Did due diligence on San Diego NBC affiliate as part of Gillett/KKR formation of SCI Television to acquire Storer Communications Television stations in New York. Participated in the closing of the former Storer offices in Manhattan.
