As Meeting & Events Director at Insight222®, I lead the delivery of the full calendar of hybrid events in the Insight222 People Analytics Program® (Europe and North America) - including Peer Meetings, Virtual Discussion Forums, Program Webinars and the annual Global Executive Retreat.

An independent event management consultant with a broad range of clients, I retained my core business - year-on-year, born of a capacity to deliver a schedule of high volume, quality events through diligent account management.

PAFOW is dedicated to seeing people data used transparently, creativity, and with an unwavering commitment to protect the rights and well-being of individuals. They share insights, ideas, and proven methods through a series of conferences, roadshows, videos, podcasts and other media. 4 cornerstone annual events: San Francisco, New York, London and Sydney.

Primary responsibility was the management of its annual professional conference and exhibition in 2003 that attracted over 2,000 paying delegates, 175 speakers, 200 poster presentations and an accompanying exhibition of more than 200 exhibitors and sponsors, managing budgets in excess of £700,000. Other duties included supervision of the events department including six permanent staff and their delivery of the regional events programme.

Management of the annual professional conference and exhibition on behalf of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the College of Occupational Therapists. Both events enjoyed commercial success and academic acclaim.

IT software group - lead role in facilitating the corporation’s attendance at cutting edge IT events; led the team to win ‘Best Stand Award’ at Softworld, Olympia (2001).

PPL are one of the leading conference and exhibition organisers in the UK medical and primary healthcare sector. Key responsibilities included the management of a series of regional events and roadshows in addition to the annual professional conferences on behalf of the Community Practitioners and Health Visitors Association, the Royal College of Midwives and the UK Public Health Association.
