My journey began as a maintenance technician, which provided me with deep insights into operations and daily challenges, and evolved into strategic roles where I led large-scale, high-complexity projects.I have extensive experience in project coordination and management, machine maintenance, PCM, and engineering. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic planning, consistently striving for operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines and budgets.Among my key accomplishments, I highlight my leadership in the development of continuous improvement projects through the Agile program and my role as Project Manager in the construction of a new hemoderivative site valued at over 1 billion BRL. I was responsible for critical areas such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utilities, WWT, PW, WFI, and Clean Steam.
