David joined Northmarq in November 2022 to spearhead the opening of the Miami office, where he focuses on executing financing assignments nationwide, with a specialization in multifamily and government agency lending programs.Before joining Northmarq, David financed multifamily projects at CBRE, following several years of brokering the sales of redevelopment sites and apartment buildings in Los Angeles. His extensive experience also includes raising capital for a private investment and development company dedicated to institutional real estate across the Western United States. By leveraging his background in investment sales and syndication, David develops tailored and reliable financing solutions for his clients.David is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he studied economics and business administration. He is also committed to giving back, volunteering his time with USC's real estate mentorship program and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
