Designed and implemented VoIP across North America using a combination of Cisco VoIP-enabled routers and modules and Nortel’s IP trunk modules to provide PBX to WAN connectivity solutions. Develop and implemented a comprehensive voice over WAN/LAN infrastructure using Nortel VoIP PBX to connect LSI’s legacy PBX via virtual trunks, which further enhanced Global 5 digit Dialing Services.Configured and installed LSI’S MPLS (Multi-protocol Label Switching) Global WAN, which served as the backbone for LSI’s data and voice communications world wide. Utilizing BGP and OSPF as the primary protocols that provided a meshed, robust, and resilient global network. Implemented and maintained this valuable web-based tool which provided a standardized view for WAN, VPN, and Dial up network topology. Incorporated information from MRTG network monitoring tool, which provided the user community and executive staff with an easy to use centralized tool.
