Demonstrate telephone techniques to overcome objections and increase appointments. As necessary, conduct video and/or audio interviews of business owners to gather content for website development. Help client companies fully utilize the benefits available to them through American Ratings Corporation. Keep companies informed of ongoing and new programs and services. Maintain regular phone and in-person contact with all companies in my service area.Consult with and provide advice to Diamond Certified companies on how best to utilize DC to increase sales and referrals. Provide signage, logos, labels, brochures, patches, banners, and other tools to best utilize their physical and internet presence.Participate in bi-weekly ARC teleconferences and monthly ARC meetings and provide input on ways to improve our product or service.
