This consists of replacing the Host and adding a new Backup Host, all plaza servers and all in-lane collection equipment. I reviewed and provided support on all project documentation which includes, but is not limited to: the Detailed Design Document, Project Plans, all Testing Plans, Safety Plan, Transition Plan, Maintenance Plan as well as several other contractually required documents.

I also performed Independent Audits (IAs) on ITS CEIs and ITS Maintenance Staff, coordinating fiber optic integrity tests with the Information Technology and Tolling Department, performed an in-depth review and recommending enhancements of CFX’s grounding system at ITS sites, performed ITS Standalone and System testing oversight, and performed walkthroughs on projects to ensure compliance with Contract Documents.
