I am personally committed to placing my energy where I can add value to an organisation, its people and outcomes.     North Midlands Project is a not-for-profit community strengthening organisation working towards regional Western Australia to be known for its happy, healthy communities and vibrant, liveable towns. We work across Amangu, Badymia, Widi and Yued countries in Carnamah, Coorow, Eneabba, Leeman, Mingenew, Morawa, Perenjori and Three Springs; and also deliver activities on Southern Yamatji country in Geraldton, where we operate under the name of The Geraldton Project. Since 2023 we have broadened our reach co-delivering real-time community-strengthening programs across regional Western Australia with arts/health organisations and local governments.I am responsible for strategic direction, building partnerships and the operational execution of the organisation's 20-year strategic plan. I lead and work with the organisation's delivery team, Management Committee, Regional Advisory Board, and Artistic, Cultural & Wellness Directors to design, deliver and evaluate over 300 culture, arts and health activities each year. Our programs engage with thousands of people with a focus on further building the livability, vibrancy and mental health and well-being of people living in regional Western Australia.Inaugural Executive Director of the organisation until mid-2023 and then transitioned to Executive Co-Chair.
