As a Sr. Application Support Specialist, I am responsible for supporting all phases of implementation for all applications in the Ad Sales portfolio. I maintain multiple integrated environments required for testing and production initiatives.

I researched and tested online games for competitive analysis with Comedy Central Games

Building custom forms to generate XML data for use in other applications. Before this system, employees were manually generating XML documents. This was tedious and error prone. I developed a web system to guide employees through the process which made the task less time consuming and less error prone. This also enabled employees unfamiliar with XML documents to generate data that was needed.
