Following a successful career as an engineer and an executive, I’ve spent the last decade with Magellan Executive Partners growing executives and helping build companies that thrive. I’m passionate about coaching executives and helping them uncover and leverage their strengths to be successful. I spend my days working with executives and management teams coaching, teaching and helping them execute the strategies that lead to true success.Prior to joining Magellan, I served as the Vice President of Operations for MD Building Products, a 500-employee construction products company with over $140 million in annual revenues. Before that, I served as COO of two technology companies and as Director of Product Management for Seagate Technologies, the world’s largest international manufacturer of computer disc drives with revenues of over $9 Billion. I began my career as an electrical design engineer and worked on a variety of technologies in the computer equipment, medical, industrial and government sectors. I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration with special distinction from Oklahoma City University; a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University; and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. I also hold 5 patents and live in Edmond, Oklahoma with my wife and two sons.
