Customer responsibilities included The Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Amazon, HD Supply, Lowes Pro Supply, Costco and Walmart. Brands included Kwikset, Baldwin, Pfister and National Hardware.

Leadership of sales team responsible for creating and implement strategic growth strategies for the Kwikset, Stanley National and Baldwin Hardware brands within the Home Depot, Lowes, HD Supply, Menards and Amazon businesses. Sales volume exceeded $350M annually.

Responsible for all Kwikset and Baldwin Hardware sales and marketing initiatives for the Home Depot channel. Increased sales, profitability, and market share through strong cross-functional collaboration to create channel strategies, including new product listings, innovative promotions, and store execution excellence.

Led a 150-person North American Home Depot sales team for the Kwikset and Price Pfister brands. Established direction and focus for in-store execution, product knowledge training and event marketing programs. Conducted workforce planning including annual reviews, individual development plans and succession planning. Developed and executed sales contests and annual incentive programs.
