Lead and managed a 12 person studio in the development of the “Next Spin Slots” game from studio setup through to initial game concepts, production and launch for Facebook and Ipad.Was fundamental in researching and planning concepts, entire game structure and was hands on in all areas of the development including: concepts, modeling, texturing, animation, environment design, GUI, game-play, user interaction, mini-game design, story development, audio, marketing, promotional advertising, social media, particles and FXs.As sole Art Director I closely guided the art team with the production of 2D and 3D assets for this innovative game built in the Unity 3D game engine. I directed all designers daily ensuring that unified functional and high quality art assets were produced on time.In the position of Studio Manager I took responsibility for the day to day running of the Macedonian Research & Development studio, this included admin and HR tasks as well as scheduling and project management using JIRA.

Responsible for assisting the fabrication team in all areas to insure jobs are completed correctly to a high standard and delivered on time.-Main operator of the Zund Procut Digital Cutting machine – intrusted to keep the machines production level high and its down time minimal. Upholding safety standards and maintenance levels. Handling all staff training regarding the machine and its software.

Completed design briefs daily for Axiom Marketing and Communication a division of Axiom Australasia.-Gained invaluable professional experience in graphic design, page layout, hand illustration, web design, interactive multimedia design, sound editing, 3d modelling, animation, and digital compositing.Became an instrumental and innovative member of design team by consistently accomplishing successful designs, providing fresh new ideas and concepts, and introducing new methods of design which intergraded 3d modelling into 2d work.
