Primary responsibility to manage, maintain and deploy various Cisco Collaboration Platforms and Applications; Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express, Business Edition 6K and 7K, Cisco Unified Communications Manager clusters 8.x-11.x Cisco Unity Connection 8.x-11.x, IM & Presence 8.x-11.x, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 8.x-10.6, Cisco Agent Desktop, Finesse, Jabber, Expressway MRA/VCS, Telepresence DX/MX series.Maintain voice clusters on Cisco UCS B series chassis, utilizing vCenter, VMWare, vSphere 5.x-6.x applications.Manage Agent call and screen recording servers (NICE/inContact).Network Design, configure, install and maintain enterprise environment over 400 facilities and over 2000 network devices including configurations, IOS imaging and standard templates for deployment for refresh upgrades, new facilities and data center environments.Implement and maintain various network protocols throughout the enterprise environment: TCP/IP, MPLS, PRI, SIP, BGP, OSPF, SSL VPN, DMVPN, QOS, HSRP, VSS, 802.1x, FEXMaintain wide-range of Cisco hardware; ISR/ASR routers including 2800, 2900, 4000 and 1000 series; L2/L3 switches including 6500/6800, 4500, 3560, 2960 series; Nexus series.Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.Document, troubleshoot and support the network using the following tools: Visio, Wireshark, Packet Tracer, Splunk, NMap, Secure CRT, Orion.

Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot and backup 48 remote sites using Solarwinds Orion. Configure and turn-up T1, Multilink & DS3 circuits on an MPLS network with OSPF and BGP. Configure and turn-up IPSec and SSL VPN tunnels. Satellite turn-ups with Skycaster and CapRock equipment for mobile sites. Maintain and monitor Cisco enterprise environment consisting of 4500, 3750, 3560, 2800 and 2900 series switches and routers including Nexus 7K, 5K and 2K series. Experience with networking tools and applications including Netflow, Packet-Tracer, Wireshark, NMap, and Secure CRT.

Provide second/third level technical support for the Enterprise networking environment to BAMC customers, partners, account teams, and other Information Management engineers. Effectively utilizes moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems. Manage and provide support for the Operation Comfort network, outside of the DOD Network, which provides wounded service members with free internet and phone calls and provides their families the ability to work remotely while staying at BAMC. Working knowledge of networking industry, products and protocols. Able to determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage and maintain inventory of all network equipment with an asset value over 2 million for the Network Operations branch in BAMC DOD using Solarwinds Orion, Whatsup Gold, Ciscoworks, CSACS. Design, configure and deploy the following networking products, devices, solutions, and technologies for the enterprise; Cisco 6500, 4500, 3750, 3560, 3000, Ironport WSA, NAC, WCS, CME. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills using HSRP, EIGRP, and MST. Able to determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide network support for Enterprise LAN/WAN and Network Operations Center 24/7. Configure and turn-up T1, Multilink, DS3 and Gig circuits on an MPLS network with EIGRP and BGP. Configure and turn-up IPSec and SSL VPN tunnels. Satellite turn-ups using Juniper SSG5 and SSG20 Netscreens. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco 7200, 6500, 4000, 3560, 2900, 2800 series routers and switches, 6500 FWSM, ASA 5500 series security, VPN 3000 series and Juniper J-Series routers in the enterprise. Experience with networking tools and applications, including (Device Authority, Secure CRT, TACACS+, RADIUS, WhatsUp Gold, Solarwinds Orion and Wireshark). Excellent customer service skills.

Provide support to critical network elements using real-time alarming of network faults, analysis, notification and escalation using software tools, WhatsUp Gold, NMS OpManager, MS Dyn CRM and MOM. Provide real-time response to Operational support engineers. Provide online assistance and coordinate troubleshooting and solutions with in-house engineers, service providers, vendors and support organizations. Assist in the development and implementation of network management tools and processes in overall network system monitoring.
