Work directly with agencies, MGA’s, carriers, solution providers, and Associations as a RelationshipManager to educate each customer on the value of using standards. Develop and monitor reports to provide management with trending information for each agency, MGA, carrier, solution provider, and Association program in regards to participation in working groups, webinars, conference attendance, and local meetings to in order to develop business plan to promote more involvement. Directly sell standard solution programs and services to agencies, MGA’s, carriers, solution providers,and Associations. Speak at corporate annual meetings and conferences. Promote membership at industry conferences. Work with senior staff and mid-level managers, both in home office and virtual employees, to ensure projects are completed on time.
