I am a Team Lead - Territory Account Manager for The Crisis Prevention Institute. At CPI I am given the opportunity to facilitate our Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training within School Districts, Hospitals and Human Service Organizations, equipping their staff with proven principal based skills and the confidence needed to safely manage and prevent difficult behaviors. My territory covers Virginia and West Virginia.My background includes operating a Day Program, a Work Center and a Job Placement Team dedicated to serving adults with disabilities. I also have professional experience working as a Case Manager through Milwaukee County's Department of Family Care. I also held the title of a Program Coordinator at Paragon Community Services’ Adult Day Program, where my responsibilities included annual budgeting, setting and meeting monthly and annual CM/EBITDA goals, prospective participant assessment and enrollment, completing census reports, analyzing market trends and consistent communication with Guardians, Families, Managed Care Organizations, and Residential Facilities. In an addition to the responsibilities listed above, I also handled the daily operations of a program that exceeds one hundred participants and thirty plus employees. The daily operations included participant tracking, planning and facilitating program events, detailed documentation, and timely reporting. I was also responsible for staff recruitment, enrollment, continuous staff training, performance evaluations, and staff retention. This also included managing a professional office setting that enables the program to keep personnel and client paperwork very organized and up to the standards set by the Department of Workforce Development, HIPPA and the State of Wisconsin.
