I am responsible for leading operations activities and ensuring the Energetics Assemblies Value Stream meets the required customer and business commitments. I manage the production, quality and engineering resources in the Value Stream, and have oversight of the Value Stream’s procurement.

As the Product Engineering Lead, I was responsible for overseeing, coaching, and motivating a team of product/manufacturing engineers. My technical responsibilities included analyzing and driving the implementation of countermeasures and systemic root cause and corrective action efforts, assisting with production planning and scheduling activities to minimize manufacturing cell down time, improving productivity, and ensuring the production process was correctly implemented via visual management tools such as operations/production milestone boards

Primary and accountable point of contact for the customer, defining, planing, managing and reporting on contractual requirements and overall performance of aerospace programs

Technical lead for Frangible Joint space launch vehicle separation systems. Responsible for customer requirements management, technical data package creation, risk management, design reviews and testing of development and production hardware.

I worked as the acting team leader of the Tool Design group in the mechanical design department at QuEST. My design responsibilities included the use of Unigraphics to design and draft tools used in such processes as the assembly of jet engines. I also worked in product design and was responsible for a group of designers developing a mid-turbine frame for state of the art jet engines. My management responsibilities included quoting, organizing, invoicing, and assigning tasks to fellow designers as well as other standard project management tasks.

I was a mechanical engineering intern in the Performance/Test group. I developed industry experience by having responsibilities including heavy AutoCAD use to update test stand drawings as well as instructing employees in the upgrading of test stands. I worked closely with other engineers in the group in assisting them with individual projects including the onsite construction of a new test stand.
