- I handle new accreditations of licensed brokers, as well as renewals- I recruit brokers and sales agents- I manage and train people- I do client and group sales presentations- I market, promote and sell SMDC projects located in key areas around Metro Manila and Tagaytay- I help motivate people in achieving their targets and goals- I create sales materials and collaterals for my team- I do budgeting for sales events and activities- I go on road shows and sales caravans for leads and sales generation, as well as recruitment and training locally and internationally
