As a software engineer at Teltronic, I handled end-to-end software projects, designing, developing, building, deploying, and maintaining a 911 Control Center software suite. As a developer, I was focused on its GIS solution and global i18n compatibility. As a maintainer, I worked on its resilience, improving backup processes, safeguarding data integrity during disasters events, and improving overall long-run performance reducing CPU and memory leaks, achieving higher uptimes and lower recovery times. I also provided remote support globally for production environments. I also focused on CI/CD and quality automation, leading test coding from unit to functional at different projects, integrating SonarQube for continuous inspection of test coverage, code vulnerabilities, and other quality metrics and streamlined build processes for faster, monitored, and automated pipelines.
