Platoon Leader of a 120mm Mortar Platoon in a mechanized infantry Headquarters and Headquarters Company in a combined arms maneuver battalion within the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, tasked with a priority wartime mission in the FORSCOM contingency force pool. Responsible for training the platoon to provide organic mortar fires and to operate as a professional combined arms team in both garrison and war time environments. Leads the platoon during all field training exercises and combat operations. Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of four M2A3s, one LMTV, and all platoon equipment valued in excess of 20 million dollars. Responsible for everything the platoon does and fails to do. Additional duties include Arms Room Officer and Unit Movement Officer.o Analyzed requirements and planned/led logistical operations to ship $2 Millions of weapons and equipment to and from the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, CA, totaling over 2,700 miles with no delay, enabling company to immediately conduct operations.o Managed compliance of arms room functions, accountability, and procedures; resulted in zero security violations or infractions; observed and refined existing systems, improving distribution, accountability, and storage processes by 30%.

Graduated and commissioned from the United States Military Academy into the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant on 23 May 2015. Spent 18-months as a Second Lieutenant completing schools at Ft. Benning, GA before taking over an infantry platoon at Ft. Hood, TX. Schools completed at Ft. Benning include Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course, Ranger School, Airborne School, and Bradley Leaders Course.
