I am a 29 year retired veteran of the LAPD. I have served as an Officer, Detective, Detective Supervisor, Sergeant, and now a Lieutenant. As a Lieutenant I have worked as an Adjutant to a deputy chief, Traffic and Patrol Watch Commander, (Officer in Charge) Internal Affairs and Commanding Officer of Pacific Detective Division. I have worked Patrol, Undercover assignments, Narcotics, Forgery, Homicide, The Stalking Unit, Gangs, Traffic, and administrative functions. I have worked countless assignments at 13 different divisions. I have been a Court qualified narcotics expert and recognized by my Department as an expert in workplace violence and stalking. I have provided training on different topics to members of my Department as well as to the citizenry of Los Angeles.
