Manage a team of graphic designers and video producers and web developers for the internal marketing department. Supervise and art direct all marketing campaigns. Maintain a consist brand look and feel across print, web and video.

Responsible for the immediate supervision of a highly skilled, professional team of graphic designers. Work with executives, directors, home office personnel, field force, and various outside vendors to produce professional quality graphics and audio/visual presentations. Production and editing of video products including training videos, corporate promotion, special events, and annual advisor meetings. The primary trainer of graphic designers on design software and audio/visual equipment. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all design equipment hardware and software.

Design and production of marketing collateral – brochures, forms, annual reports, slide presentations, and videos. Logo design, computer illustration, animation, video filming and editing, photography, and computer maintenance.

Basic design and production of print media and slide presentations.
