When I met him, Dom was a Senior at RIT working in Design; he partnered with another student on a project that I brought to RIT for the design of a laundry cleaner bottle. Dom not only created a break-through design for the laundry cleaner, he solved a technical issue on how to introduce the powder form of the cleaner into a bottle of water, so that it could be mixed by a customer for use (PureCap Laundry -- think the "Kool-Aid" of laundry cleaners). Dom surprised me with the depth and breadth of his creativity, soundness of design, and tenacity to solve problems. Over the intervening years, he continues to develop and hone his design skills, and execution. In addition, if you work with him, you will be impressed by his business sense and humanity. "
