Managing the communications and marketing portfolio for the BC Games Society and Team BC.

Part of the team responsible for press releases, website updates, social media management, graphic design, video production, internal communications, brand awareness and comms strategy for GIFS, a public-private research institute at the University of Saskatchewan.

Managed the digital portfolio for Huskie Athletics, including social media, design, video production, and webcasting. Recognized with the 2018-19 Canada West award for best video in the conference for capturing Saskatchewan's 2018 Hardy Cup.

Worked as the assistant to the Communications Manager with the Western Mustangs. Assisted with day-to-day operations, including writing press releases, social media strategy, game stories and newsletters. Edited and directed the work of students, wrote features and coordinated coverage of weekend events.

Taught undergraduate students in the Faculty of Information and Media Studies for four semesters. Prepared weekly presentations, led class discussion, and graded papers. Courses taught include: Information and Media/Intro to Media, Information and Technoculture.

Wrote recaps and previews on men's hockey for westernmustangs.ca. Reports were submitted within an hour of a game's end and previews were written and posted the week before. Duties also included post-game interviews with team members and inputting live game stats.

Responsible for organizing the museum's transition to digital archives. Scanned and created a filing systems for thousands of photos from old yearbooks and the museum archives in order to make them easily accessible. Worked with the Western Mustangs Communications Department on preparations for the 100th anniversary of Western athletics. Wrote profiles on significant athletes and teams for release during the year. Researched and sourced content for the 100th anniversary coffee table book, choosing the photographs to accompany the story and writing their captions.

Drilled parts for valves using heavy machinery. Operated a number of different machines throughout the summer before leaving to return to school in September.
