I delivered staff training that encompassed hazardous material handling, sexual harassment, quality assurance/control, and various information technology modules.

I attained FRA-certified Railroad Conductor status alongside acquiring all OSHA Hazmat First Responder Awareness (FRA) training requirements, as per OSHA HAZWOPER regulations while a participant of this 6-month, on-the-job training program.The program encompassed terminal and line of road operations management; with emphasis on leadership, problem-solving, after-sales service, health and safety, and executive decision-making skills.

Tasked with leading all recruiting, hiring, and training of drivers during peak business seasons. Accountable for handling background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and state and federal employment paperwork.➣ Instrumental in helping the terminal consistently achieve 99% service levels throughout the peak season; only one of six (out of 22) to achieve that level of success. ➣ Conceptualized, developed, and implemented a customized workflow for recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates, which led to the hiring of 40 temporary employees within two six-week periods. ➣ Conducted pre-employment training sessions that covered FedEx safety standards and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.➣ Led the successful restructuring of the morning dispatch process, which resulted in the terminal consistently being recognized for providing exceptional service.

Instructed, developed, supervised, and led squad members before, during, and after Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Conducted pre-trip inspections of soldiers and equipment; facilitated and led safety meetings and plan of action scenarios. Completed >200 re-supply missions while in the country with zero casualties. ➣Assisted in designing, implementing, improving, and maintaining security procedures at forward operating bases in Iraq; supervised a security roster of up to 35 soldiers, ensuring all procedures were followed and adequately documented that resulted in zero security breaches.
