I am the director and business development manager of D Croft & Son Ltd, a family-owned construction company that has been in operation for 45 years. With more than 30 years of industry experience, I have effectively broadened our client base and expanded our services to the public sector, collaborating with local authorities, housing associations, and corporate businesses throughout the Yorkshire and Humberside region.I have overseen and led our team of 30 building technicians and subcontractors, ensuring they are certified and compliant, while delivering high-quality groundwork and DDA-compliant schemes. We have achieved Constructionline and CHAS accreditations, and are members of the Federation of Master Builders and the National House Building Council. Our approach and performance have also been recognized and praised through various industry awards, including the Committed To Construction West Yorkshire Awards 2013, LABC Building excellence 2023 & 2024.My goal is to offer a comprehensive building service to our clients, ranging from property maintenance and refurbishment to new build projects, while fostering long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.
