Since diversifying with the Public sector to gain larger schemes and contract works D Croft & Son Ltd had to Gain both Constructionline and Chas Accreditations which we felt we achieved with success. We are now working alongside a group of Health & Safety consultants based in Nottingham called Safety Measures, they help us from day to day with keeping in touch with health and safety issues and current guidelines, and we follow strict Health and Safety procedures and adhere to all relevant policies.We have developed partnerships with larger companies acting as a sub-contractor plus having the opportunity to get through the door at Balfour Beatty and build relationships with their procurement team.Having not done much marketing in the past, we are now far more marketing focused based on the feedback received from monthly newsletters started at the beginning of 2011, having gained contacts from local authorities & Housing associations based through out the Yorkshire region we feel a basic newsletter sent to approximately 50 contacts keeps D Croft & Son Ltd at the top of their lists.Our new marketing strategies mean that we try our upmost to keep in touch and make sure that we are not forgotten about. We have received feedback from both Yorkshire Water, Health & Case Management Ltd in Manchester, St Leger Homes in Doncaster who are all both regional and national companies respectively.
