- Managed CSG’s North American Telco Business as Lead Regional Attorney and worked directly and collaboratively with the Sales/Go-to-Market, Service Delivery, Finance, Contracts Management, and other customer-facing teams.- Drafted, negotiated and provided legal advice on contract law and interpretation for the entire lifecycle of complex, multi-million dollar, enterprise-wide implementations of on-premise licensed software and private and multi-tenant cloud SaaS agreements, as well as associated managed service agreements, security and data privacy/processing agreements covering various data protection and data privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA and CPA), maintenance/support arrangements, service-level agreements, professional services agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s), reseller agreements, and strategic partnerships and channel agreements, primarily for CSG’s Tier 1 North American telco customers, CSP’s and digital content and subscription-based providers.- Drafted, revised and streamlined playbooks and standardized templates and form agreements for modularized contracts, including Master and Framework Service Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW’s), and Service Orders, as well as managed related continuous improvement projects.- Managed CSG’s Investment Committee as Chairperson, overseeing both business and legal affairs for CSG’s 401(k) and defined contribution plans.- As a member of CSG’s Investigations Committee, served as subject matter expert and provided legal support and legal counsel on matters related to compliance, internal investigations and investigation summary reports, corporate policy, and employment laws and related issues. - Counseled CSG’s Product and Marketing teams on IP matters covering product launches, branding and trademark initiatives, registrations and disputes.
