Project Lead role is :- Interacting with client;- Assisting in the production of proposals, presentations and letters of interest;- Developing, overseeing and monitoring project activities including scope, budget and schedule management;- Preparing cost estimates;- Monitor budgets/progress to ensure profitability;- Coach, counsel, and retrain staff as required;- Manages multiple transportationprojects and provides day to day leadership for team members;- Establish relationships with key consumer agencies to facilitate direct communication and feedback as well as proactive solutions to service concerns;- Evaluates client needs and identifies requirements;- Other duties as assigned;- Work closely with and have a deep understanding of the safety department deliverables for a Paratransit facility;- Identify and expedite customer complaints that require immediate attention and escalate situations as needed to client agency;- Determines, monitors andreviews costs, operational budgets, schedules and staffing requirements for projectteams using PM dashboard;- Participate in labor relations meetings and hearings;- Client coordination.
