- Architecting and implementing natural language understanding (NLU) solutions in the Amelia platform- Collaboration with R&D for developing NLU templates, libraries and new features- Enabling delivery teams, partners and clients to succeed with NLU, NLP and Machine Learning

Leading implementation and enhancements of Amelia solutions focusing on Spanish customers in Spain and Latin America. Responsibilities: - Ensure proper design and implementation of Amelia business logic and use case resolution - Deliver quality and scalable implementations of conversational agents using Amelia platform using any interface channel (Chat, voice, SDKs) - Implementation of language and voice recognition models and architectures - Design, propose and implement UX improvements based on language recognition and paraphrasing mechanisms within the platform (both PoC and actual production solutions). - Convey best practices and improvements to customer stakeholders - Technically organise team mates inside the Spanish POD to cover customers needs

Leading implementation/delivery projects from a technical perspective around IPsoft's world's most human virtual assistant: AmeliaGeographic Context: Spanish-speaking main clients both in Spain and Latin AmericaResponsibilities:- Ensure quality delivery service for Amelia installations mainly on-premise.- Implementation of business processes and logic through their whole lifecycle, working together with customer's and partner's functional team and business analysts.- Design, train, test and deployment of machine learning classification models in all Amelia AI-related decision points.- Join dots in terms of Machine Learning/NLP solutions design- Join dots in terms of integration with all systems Amelia has to communicate with (DBs, JMS, REST APIs, WebServices layers etc).- Spread best practices around virtual assistants, AI and ML (Natural Language Understanding and Classification).- Provide customer and partner with sufficient knowledge about the product whenever possible.
