As Chief Technology Officer, and VP Engineering, Daniel is responsible for refining the strategic vision for all Airspace Link products and technologic challenges. Daniel has filled various roles in software & engineering leadership over the past 25 years and brings a passion for finding the right mix of geek, designer, technologist, and problem solver. Prior to Airspace Link, Daniel worked as a Principal Software Engineer & Architect of the Atrius™ IoT Platform, a connected building initiative leveraging lighting based sensory networks transformed into analytical insight and dashboards. Previously, he was a principal engineer and founding team member of Geometri™ where he blended positioning science, indoor mapping, analytics and navigation; scaling to billions of data points and millions of square feet processed prior to acquisition by Acuity Brands, Inc. Daniel is a disciple of geospatial & technical problem solving and has been recognized for his technical leadership & innovation in the field. He has 25+ years as an engineer and engineering leader, consulting on projects across a wide industry cross-section including all levels of government, Fortune 500 organizations, and startups alike.

Daniel translated business, engineering and user needs into tangible deliverables for the launch and maintenance of internal COP (Common Operational Picture) applications & services designed to monitor critical business and utility infrastructure.
