Selected and implemented scalable IT products and services to meet the changing business requirements (o365, NetSuite ERP/CRM, Box, Cloud hosting with Azure, IAM with SSO and multi-factor authentication, BYOD control, ServiceNow, network infrastructure, unified communications, user computing). Led the Information Security committee for the company.Project: Implemented ITSM / ITIL framework using ServiceNow as the core IT management tool. Developed ITIL processes for Incident, Problem and Change management and populated the CMDB for consistent configuration management. Project: Implemented an ISO 27001 Information Security project for the company to address GDPR and international sales blockers. Assessed and implemented appropriate controls based on legal, contractual and business requirements. Developed a standardized set of security policies and processes. Trained 150 employees on the new security program.Project: Selected and implemented an ERP (NetSuite) system to support accounting, order input, operations and inventory control. Phase 1 – basic accounting functionality, Phase 2 – support for reseller portal, ecommerce and CRM integration. Worked with stakeholders to develop requirements and product selection criteria. This was a challenging time as Nortel was going through a massive downturn in business.
