CurrentA client facing leadership role that develops IT solutions and operational delivery for all Long View Systems’ IT services. Current major BC clients include BCLC, ICBC, PHSA and others. This role spans IT service planning, customer relationship building, opportunity identification, staffing, contract management, technology, service architecture development and service operations oversight. The successful execution of this role has led to improved customer satisfaction and more effective service outcomes for both Long View Systems and the customers.Work with all levels of management to improve business outcomes supported by modern IT systems. These have included architecture planning, cloud migrations, Teams with Teams Voice, M365, SCCM, Citrix, Zero Trust, IAM, Regulatory compliance, Information / Data management, SharePoint legacy migrations to name a few key areas.Successfully navigated the rapidly changing organizations as customers shifted to agile methodologies. Created a new identity for LVS as ‘ITIL Champions’ to help elevate LVS’s stature and coached clients on ways to improve service delivery issues. Project: Implemented M365 Modern Workplace and all it’s stages. Tenant readiness, Identity and Security, Email, Teams and Teams voice. Currently initiating content management migrations with a view to data modernization.
