During my tenure, we were given a challenge to solve. The company wanted us to provide them an attendance management system that could be used by students & employees. One of the most crucial aspects of a self-attendance system is whether the user is actually present or not. To tackle this problem we moved forward with a bilayer authentication system. 1. GPS based attendance - With the help of the Geolocation API, A user is allowed to check-in & check-out only if their location is found within the allowed radius. 2. Device ID based attendance - Once a user creates an account from his/her device, that particular account is wrapped within that device's unique ID. This refrains users from marking proxies. Furthermore, the mobile application has a very easy-to-use interface. The app is built using React Native. Google Firebase is used for storing user & attendance data.

I was a part of the research team for India in pixels. India in pixels talks about culture, society and trends of India and tries to answer the what, how and why by with the help of data. We were focused on not just plotting the data but to give it meaning to and answered critical questions.In my tenure, I:- Gathered Data through extensive research.- Performed data pre-processing and data cleaning.- Realised and analysed the relevance of selected attributes.- Used python and Excel to analyse the data, generated plots.- Churned out hidden insights and derived effective conclusions.- Wrote a creative yet technical script to present the analytics in the form of an infographic video.
