Reporting to the Retail Manager, my key responsibilities are to manage and oversee the daily retail operations and ensure operations are aligned with the brand . I represent the brand and ensure that the image is reflected according to expectations. Collaborating with my team, I lead associates to ensure service quality, brand standards and targets are fulfilled or exceeded through leadership and guidance. My duties include overseeing daily in-store operations, strive to achieve or exceed sales targets set forth by the company, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), receiving and relating feedback from customers to upper management, communicating between the brand and retail operation associates, staffing and training, sales reporting analysis and ensuring effective visual displays.
