Responsible for all campus operations and management of each department along student lifecycle. Key driver in growth of college by 10% each year. Driving retention, placement, academic efficiency and quality outcomes. Responsible for all compliance and regulatory as campus was transformed to a regionally accredited not-for-profit entity. Created deep relationships with IBHE, regional accreditors, the Department of Education and National Accreditors.

Responsible for the vision, creation and implementation of a fully online series of Bachelor degree programs including Digital Art, Graphic Design and Digital Marketing.Managed both a production team and instructional design team to create high quality, pedagogically strong programs that focus on storytelling and student experience. The focus was to create a high-tech/ high-touch experience for students and teachers alike.Obtained all regulatory and accrediting approvals as well as spearheading the visits by those accreditors to gain approval for online offerings.

Greater Chicago Area

New product and new program development: from strategy, concept, development and delivery including regulatory and accrediting body approval processes. Three new Bachelor's degrees as well as revisions to existing programs in order to better serve the graduate and market needs. Overall responsibility for institutional compliance with Illinois Board of Higher Education and accrediting bodies.Led a successful re-accreditation visit as well as a review to obtain Bachelor Degree granting status.

Responsible for tracking, defining, developing and delivering the best quality experience at our colleges for students, staff, faculty, alumni and all those with whom we interact. Major foci on the design and implementation of student experience through admissions, financial aid, start and retention through programs with a clear understanding of Career Services. The goal of the position is to ensure a proud and proficient graduate that is a brand ambassador.
