Since the tender age of four years old, I have always known that I wanted to pursue a career that revolves around serving others. Unexpectedly, a bedroom project that I created at the age of 16 transformed into an entrepreneurial dynasty that has graced my life with the opportunity to make an IMPACT! From speaking at multiple events to using the art of poetry for mental health advocacy, the IMPACT movement has become one of the most influential projects coming out of Gen Z. 🙌🏾Throughout a grand number of achievements, the IMPACT movement has blessed me with a whopping total of 7 awards in 3 years. Some of my most significant accomplishments include a national television appearance, working with Grammy-winning artist Boi-1da, forming a partnership with McDonald's Canada, and making billboard appearances across Canada. 🌎Although I am very active in my public speaking and poetry endeavours, I am an individual of many hats. If you peruse my work experience, you can see that I have previous experience in many other sectors, including psychological research, marketing, Indigenous programming, EDI management, educational advocacy, and nonprofit work. I value my diverse work experience background, and my wide array of experiences allows me to operate as a well-rounded enthusiast in my business endeavours. On top of this, I am studying neuroscience, clinical psychology, and French at the University of Toronto Scarborough in hopes of pursuing a career as a physician in the medical field. 🩺My proudest achievement is that the IMPACT movement is completely managed independently. In other words, all of the responsibilities that come with entrepreneurship are handled by myself and the self-proclaimed IMPACT Fam. The IMPACT movement is made for the people and spread by the people. There is unity in community, and the best way to grow is to grow together as a whole. Together in harmony, we can work towards the overarching goal: making an IMPACT on the lives of those who inhabit the world we live in! 👊🏾
